4G in cambodia

I'm studying about cambodia's telecom, especiall 4G. Then, I'm looking for information about 4g providers, some difficult when applying 4g in cambodia. Moreover, I also know telecom trends.

4 operators offer 4G in Cambodia at the moment, those being,
SMART - 4G, best coverage, operator offering 4G the longest

Metfone - 4G, just started and haven't had a chance to test this yet.
SEATel - 4G, You need to buy the device from them as this is run off CDMA meaning no SIM card.
These are just my general opinions and service may vary depending on peoples perception.
