I pay about 820 riel a kw hour at my place in PP and in SHV that or less where I have a business and an average monthly power bill of $1,800.

At my apartment I rent in SHV I pay 1,100 riel although I know the landlord pays 820.

Water is fairly cheap I pay about $120 per month for a 24 room hotel plus large pool.

I'm glad we had the generator hooked up last night!. Several hours power cut. I hope it's not going to get worse now as nearer to NY where many GH's getting more rooms filled. All no doubt using the AC. They said the new power station would stop all the cuts which is bollocks!
