Last Christmas my wife mailed a card (in an envelope) to my mom for 4000-4500 Riel. Sorry, but I forget the exact amount, but I remember it was around a buck. Got to the US in 5 days!
I am sooooo very sorry if you can't understand or appreciate my sarcastic facetiousness.
