Frenchman Crashed a Chinese man on a scooter with his Lexus and then tried to flee the scene

Phnom Penh: According to Kampuchea Thmey Daily News, a Chinese man had his head injured and left hand broken after he had been hit by a Lexus Rx300 driven by a Frenchman while he was on his Fino scooter. After the accident, the Frenchman tried to flee the scene and later he was stopped by police when he reached Techno overpass located in Toul Kok district.

The accident happened around 10:30 am on 08 December 2015 in front of ministry of defence along the federal of Russian Blvd located in Sras Chak commune, Daun Penh district.

According to witnesses, before the accident happened there was a Lexus Rx300 with number plate 2S-4756 driven by a Frenchman accompanied by his 2 daughters on the federal of Russian Blvd in the direction from west to east then when he reached where the accident happened, he crashed a scooter driven by a Chinese man which left him (Chinese man) head injury and broken hand. After the accident happened, the Frenchman didn’t stop. He continued and tried to flee the scene, however he was stopped by police when he reached Techno flyover. The victim was sent to hospital while the Frenchman was arrested and sent to police station.
