well i have my ca med card as well :-)
is there anything that could replace ganga? that they would prescribe if they knew it would help
as to obtaining it here, its as easy as ordering pizza

Getting dope here is as easy as ordering a pizza....however the legality of its use is not as legal as where you come from.

Yes, the use of ganja may not be a big deal here, but piss the wrong person off and that roach in your pocket could see you locked up for the rest of your life in somewhere like prey sar.
