Four people (Cambodian and foreigner) injured in road accident

Phnom Penh: Foreigners and Cambodians were slightly injured in a motorbike crashing which happened around 10:20 pm on 01 November 2015 in front of Preah Sisowat School along Norodom blvd corner of street 184 located in Phsar Thmey commune, Daun Penh district.

According to Kampuchea Thmey Daily News: There were three people on Daelim motorbike travelling along Norodom blvd in the direction from North to South then when they reached the place where the accident happened there was a foreigner riding Icon travelling along the street 184 in the direction from East to West. He was crossing Norodom Blvd in speedy mode and hit Daelim motorbike from the side. Four people on motorbikes were slightly injured and motorbikes were destroyed. After a while people were on Daelim motorbike pulled up their motorbike and fled the scene. The foreigner was unconscious for a while and then he woke up and drove his motorbike home.

Phnom Penh: foreigners and Khmer total of 4 all the same people were injured, but not seriously, after their motorbike collided at the crossing point across the width at about 22 and 20 minutes at night on 1 November 2015 at the front School Norodom Sisowath along the corner of Route 184 in the new shopping district 3 Daun.

Sources at the scene said that before the incident, they saw 3 men riding a motorcycle Korea trip Norodom along the road in the direction from north to south while arriving at the scene also has a foreign man riding a motorcycle brand ISO condo Yellow traveling along Route 184 in the direction from Carmel to the west by road Norodom ultra-fast motorcycle collision Korea fully from the side, causing minor injuries all 4 both damaged motorcycle.

Sources said that Korea, then the owner of the motorcycle riding motorcycle fled. Unconscious while foreigners after a while he got up and riding home on their own because the other side fled away.

So the "speedy" foreigner was at fault (of course), but the Cambodian victims fled the scene while he was unconscious. Makes perfect sense.
