Milestones in Khmer economic history

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Milestones in Khmer economic history

Post by vladimir »

We've all read about the economic effects of the spinning Jenny or the steam engine, anaesthetics and explosives, x-rays and the internet on a country's economic history.

But what about Cambodia?

No doubt the farming of rice, the arrival of motor vehicles, the French occupation and the KR must get a mention.

I believe the next significant development will be a silent garlic crusher for those 4am insomniacs.

Or perhaps a moto that jumps red lights automatically, no retard required.

Or a radar hat that warns one when Sailorman is approaching...

Vlad-the-Gay: Little minds have little thoughts. Don't you ever get tired of being a useless flamer? How about a Gay-Vlado detector to see what closet your hiding during your acts of self-abuse.

I was on line looking for things to do Sydney and found that they have a gay-pride parade. Vlado, is that you in the front row with the pink tutu? I don't care what someone does in the privacy of their home/apartment, but how can a person be proud of being a homosexual/butt-hole surfer and march openly in public? Vlado, tell us your experience?

Having met Mrs Vlad, I very much doubt his homosexuality.

You, on the other hand, seem to focus on it a lot.

Yeah, right.

I was looking for videos of happy people and by accident I came across a gay porn site.

We believe you, sweetie.

He's a repressed gay, hence the anger! And the phallic gun fetishes!

(Not that there's anything wrong with that)
