Based on the photo and on my in-depth experience of these things, ahem, this bloke has been strung out on cheap pills for a number of years and now believes he is a traffic light.

Hard to say, it's common knowledge that one pill makes you larger and one pill makes you small, but the ones that mother gives you don't do anything at all....
