And three weeks from now, they can be dug out of it by emergency services...

So the 'underground' road in Stung Meanchey, which is exactly the same, and open for a year or so isn't the first?

When I saw the title I thought I'd come in and mock OP for his year old scoop but now I'm thinking CEOCambodiaNews is a fraud.Kampong Spooner wrote:So the 'underground' road in Stung Meanchey, which is exactly the same, and open for a year or so isn't the first?

Indeed. Passing that way most days, I thought it was odd, and having come that same way 20 minutes ago it's safe to say that the 'first underground road' has as much chance of opening tomorrow as the CEONEWS poster (definitely not Samouth) passing an advanced English grammar course with journalism credits (outside of SEA Asia). They'd get a distinction in copy/paste studies and facebook rumour spreading, so there's hope.
