A foreigner died immediately after he fell down while he was having meal

Phnom Penh: A foreigner died immediately after he fell down backward while he was having meal. This incident panicked the locals and they went to report it to police. This incident happened around 7:10 pm on 15 March 2015 along street 172 in Chay Chumnas commune, Daun Penh district.

So far, the identity of the decease is unknown as he didn’t bring any documents along with. Police assumed that he was faint and fell down.

Sad way to go out, laying alone on the filthy pavement with tourists taking your picture for their facebook page. RIP.

Looks like he was eating at Blue Dolphin, or right next door. RIP.

You gotta love Phnom Penh. There's a dead guy right in front of the restaurant and it's still filled with people eating and drinking.

Well the dead guy doesn't care, might as well not disturb you're meal.

But sad way to go, evidently quick and painless. So that's good.

Right next to La Dolce Vita! (great homemade gnocchi)
I was eating their last night! Holy shit!
I left sometime before 7pm.
Guy on the table outside in the red cap was on the table further away whilst I was there...looks like he's moved to a closer table.
Didn't notice the deceased eating at La Dolce Vita. Did, as always when eating on street 172 think about some of the sad characters walking up and down the street and what odd life paths had lead them to Street 172 Phnom Penh...and like Phuket Richard, hoped I wasn't going to end up like any of them.

RIP dead guy.
