9-Year-Old on a Moto Badly Hurt After He Crashed into a Tuktuk

Cambodia News (Takeo): On January 20, 2020, at 5:20 pm, a 9-year-old boy, Long Chanthoeun, was badly injured after he crashed his motorbike into a tuk-tuk, on street 129, Rolus pagoda, in Rolus village, Koh Andeth district, Takeo.

A 36-year-old farmer was driving the tuk-tuk to transport two elderly passengers, Van Vem, a 67-year-old, and a 60-year-old man, Koy Saren, to the pagoda. The tuktuk was smashed up in the collision, but the occupants were unharmed. The child was sent to hospital with serious injuries .
After the incident, the police took the evidence (tuktuk and motorbike) to keep at the police station.

What do they expect letting a 9 year old out on the open road riding a scooter, amazing !!!!!!
