A wrong assumption made a 4 years old boy die

Sihanukville: A dead body of a 4 years old boy was found drowning in a canal the next morning after a wrong assumption of frog founders that it was just ghost hunting during a night time. It occurred on May 27, 2016 at Bengveng village, Veal Renh commune, Prey Nup district, Sihanukville.

The source claimed that, the victim was Thon Seyha, a 4 years old boy had followed his mother who had a mental problem and unfortunately, he got lose at the canal where he was drown.

It should be reminded that, there are 5 siblings, 2 sisters and 3 brother in the boy's family and he is the last one whose mother has a mental problem and his father has been to another province for job. Having seen so, some of Veal Renh vendors and residents has donated 240,000 real while the authority and some other charity has donated 700,000 real for the funeral expense.
