Get over yourself. Middle of the day, at home playing cards, which as I said I could care less if they do, it certainly shouldn't be a crime. Easy to make the connection to that they're not employed out of the home. So yeah, those are

Battambang, Cambodia News: Seven people, four women and three men, were caught playing cards for money in a police crackdown on gambling addicts at Khnach Romeom Village, Khnach Romeas Commune, Bovel District, Battambang Province, on June 26, 2019.
The villagers were given a lecture by the officials and have promised never to gamble again. Police confiscated the pack of cards and the money on the mat.

Eight Card Players Arrested in Battambang
Cambodia Breaking News (Battambang): On July 17, 2019, seven women and one man were arrested for playing cards in Battambang. The police confiscated a pack of Vietnamese cards, some table cloths, and two sticks. The eight card-players were reeducated and they promised to never play cards again.

More card players have been reeducated on the evils of gambling.
Cambodia Breaking News (Battambang): On July 22, the police raided a gambling group in Thmorkul district, Battambang, and detained 8 people, including 3 women.
The police confiscated Vietnamese cards and sticks*. Eight people were reeducated and agreed to stop the crime, before being released to go home.

My wife and I were playing Gin Rummy on a train in Thailand one time. We weren't even keeping score much less gambling, someone reported us to the police and they confiscated our cards and gave us a lecture about how gambling was illegal.
