Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On May 25, 2020, at 6:30 pm, a 46-year-old woman, Ouch Yen, a seller, was found murdered in her home in Chak Chrok village, Sangkat Somrong Krom, Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh. The killer stole a motorbike, plate no.PP1DC-7457, some money, and the woman's bank book.

The victim's sister, Ouch Saron, a factory worker, said that she had left the room that she shared with her sister to go to work as usual, and the victim stayed home alone. When she returned at 6 pm, she found that the room was locked. At that time, she wasn't concerned because she thought that her sister might have gone out to buy something. But then, she asked her cousin to break into the room with a key, and the two women found the victim lying dead on the floor, so they called the police.

The police examined the body and found that the victim was bruised on the right jaw as if she had received a heavy blow. The police are treating the investigation as a murder and robbery, and a hunt is on to find the killer or killers.
The woman's body was returned to the family for funeral preparation. RIP.
