Kandal, Cambodia News: A 49-year-old woman was arrested for Human Trafficking, after delivering a 14-year-old girl to have sex with a man in Takmao City, Kandal. The victim was raped four times.

Before the incident, on September 26, 2018, at 6 pm, the suspect asked the victim to eat some fried meatball with her, but the suspect didn't touch the food. After eating, the suspect asked the victim to go to Phnom Penh with her and her daughter by motordop. When they were close to Phnom Penh, the suspect called a man who arrived in a car to meet them. The suspect received money from the man, and they took the victim to a guesthouse.

The suspect left the victim in the guesthouse room with the man and left them alone together. The man convinced the victim to take sexual medicine(?), then he kept her in the room overnight and raped her 4 times. The next day, on September 27, the man told the girl to wait in the room while he went to work. Then the victim called the woman trafficker who told the girl to make her own way back to the suspect's house.

By September 29, the victim's family were worried and searched everywhere for her. Finally, they found their daughter at the suspect's house,and filed a complaint with the police for her arrest. The suspect was detained following the legal procedure, but she refused to confess.
