Woman Dead and Daughter Injured After Ex-Husband Shoots Up their Car
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On April 6, 2020, at 9 pm, a military officer named Chea Chanbora, fired gunshots into his ex-wife's car near IU school, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmie, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. His ex-wife, who was inside the car with her daughter, died on the way to the hospital, and her daughter was seriously injured.
That evening, before the incident, a man was driving the woman and her daughter in the woman's car from her house to her sister's house in Khan Sen Sok. The suspect followed the victim's car on his motorcycle and fired four shots at the car, hitting both the victim and her daughter. The woman died on the way to the hospital and the child is still being treated. The man escaped unharmed.
The suspect was arrested after shooting the victim. The suspect and the victim were divorced two years ago— but the husband was still jealous and would not accept that his wife had left him.

He's not a military officer, he's a captain in the National Police going by that uniform.CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Tue Apr 07, 2020 12:14 pm On April 6, 2020, at 9 pm, a military officer named Chea Chanbora...

So he may be a millitary officer that stole a police uniform and wore it to commit a crime . The plot thickens.

Re: Woman Dead and Daughter Injured After Ex-Husband Shoots Up their Car
seems like a pretty light sentence for the crime committed when compared with some sentencing seen. Normally should be murder + attempted murder
