Yeah, he was definitely trying to damage the Lexus as much as he could.

Never even heard of that bar before. There's a train of shit bars and restaurants opening and closing constantly along that bit of street

Yeah, I'd never heard of it either. I was at a restaurant further down the road. I've driven on that many times and have noticed the Kampot Cocktail place or whatever it's called (and newish courtyard style residences), but never Lisa Bar before. After the initial crash, everyone got up to have a look, and once he started plowing back and forth, locals jumped in their cars and moved them off the road out of fear. He was reversing all the way up the curb, hitting someone's courtyard wall, then going full on into the Lex. I knew it wasn't random and likely some sort of gripe with the owner. He eventually got stuck or something on the sidewalk, as he stayed with his foot on the gas there either in neutral or reverse after a good 6-7 smashes till the cops showed up. Maybe he finally came to his senses and realized "Oh, I've fucked up". What's funny is the next day when people posted his picture on the noticeboard I realized I know him from years back in PP, before he'd moved to Sihanoukville.
