Western Woman High on Drugs Walks Through the Kind Streets of Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On August 14 at 3 am, an unidentified western woman walked on the street in Phnom Penh and appeared to be in daze.

The foreigner was suspected to be very high on drugs. She walked with bare feet in the middle of the road from Wat Phnom to Prampi Makara street, until her feet were injured. The local people reported her the police.

Rporters tried to calm her down and convince her to let them know about the place she has been staying, so they could take her home. The reporters gave her a bottle of water but she didn't drink it and kept running to Chbar Ampov market, making the sellers there scared of her.

Did she actually make it all the way from Wat Phnom to Phsar Chbar Ampouv??...That's quite a hike on foot, must've been some good drugs! I'm also surprised to see she managed to retain her purse throughout, good effort.

tbh the whole videos are pretty fucked up,
the girls getting followed by a number of guys on motorbikes asking her where shes staying, she obviously looks scared gripping hold of her purse,
they then stop her, tie her legs up, and continue to wrestle her to the ground every time she stands up, even when shes shouting help me banging on neighbours doors they still harassing her,
not surprised shes scared, the whole situation is rapey

Yeah, there wouldn't have been that many guys following her and showing concern for her well-being if she was a white guy or a fat and ugly NGO chick.

She doesn't look a like the average druggie you would normally see. Could this be a case of drink spiking ? It's a shame that there was no other foreign female bought in to help calm her down as towards the end I think she yelled rape, help me.

Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Yup that might be a case. Also the way she dress up doesnt add up to druggie.
