VIP Car Hits Motorcyclist Outside Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: At 2:45 pm, on December 18, 2019, a motor vehicle accident occured when a vehicle with state license plates 34 2-0219 was turning into the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, on Preah Norodom Boulevard, Chamkar Morn, Phnom Penh.
The driver was apparently not paying due attention when he overtook two scooters and took a left-turn into the Ministry, and one of the scooters drivers was knocked off his bike.

After the incident, the police came to the scene to take the evidence to the Phnom Penh traffic office to make a case for the procedure and the victim was taken to hospital. Police at the scene said that they did not wish to answer questions from journalists.
