Vietnamese Man Arrested for Stealing His Neighbor's Phone in Banlung

Cambodia Breaking News (Ratanakiri): On October 4, 2019, at 8:30 pm, a 28-year-old Vietnamese man, Phieng Sokda, was arrested for stealing his neighbor's phone from a rented house in Banlung city, Ratanakiri province.
The police said the suspect stole the phone at 7:20 pm, and the victim filed a complaint at the police station shortly afterwards. After receiving the information, the police went to the scene to question the suspect, and they found the victim's phone in his room at 8:30pm.
The suspect was detained at the police station for case preparation.
