Vietnamese Man Arrested for Selling Lottery Ticket in Cambodia
Thbong Kmom, Cambodia News: a 34-year-old Vietnamese man, Ngeing Teukouk, was arrested at 9:15 am, on August 30, 2018, for selling Vietnamese lottery tickets in Memot market, Thbong Kmom.
The police said the Vietnamese man, who came to Cambodia through Robeang border, attempted to take Vietnamese lottery tickets to sell in Memot district. But, on the orders of lieutenant Ben Roth, the provincial police chief, the Vietnamese man was reeducated by Cambodian police and agreed to stop selling lottery in Cambodia.
The suspect and his motorbike were subsequently turned over to Vietnamese police.
