Possibly, but it's fact of usage teachers get asked about. French has a lot of idiosyncrasies, and their irregular verbs make English look like child's play.
To be honest, in terms of economy, English is pretty efficient, but in terms of tenses etc. it's over-analytical. Probably because of the written history, and the love of subtle nuances.
I personally think inflation and private/ personal ownership of land are stupid, but they will be very hard to get rid of.

Try asking the average native speaker why we use one tense instead of another...
Even something simple like 'I'm going' and 'I will go'.
Most get it right in speech/ writing, but can't explain why.
The power of the US publishing is slowly merging UK and US English, especially the 'z' instead of 's' (specialized) and the use of a single, rather than double l (jewelry, as opposed to jewellery) and simplified spellings of many words.
Mobile phones are accelerating these changes.

Mate its only incorrect if you are French!vladimir wrote: ↑Sat Jul 29, 2017 8:43 pm https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/blonde
'Usage
but in English the distinction is not always made, as English does not have such distinctions of grammatical gender. Thus, blond woman or blonde woman, blond man or blonde man are all used.
The word is more commonly used of women, though, and in the noun the spelling is typically blonde[/u][/b]. In American usage the usual spelling is blond for both adjective and noun'
In UK English, the distinction usually remains...in US English it usually disappears...
blonde
blonde in British
(blɒnd )
adjective
2. (of a person, people or a race) having fair hair, a light complexion, and, typically, blue or grey eyes
4. a person, esp a woman, having light-coloured hair and skin
Probably, teachers and academics use blonde/blond, and fairly common (albeit incorrect) usage is lazy, preferring blond.
in all your quotes it said "usually" which doenst mean its a strict rule
and what you fail to realise, is that only 3% of the British Population speak "Standard English"
but going off your quotes
in British English...
again quoting from your aboveblonde

calling me incorrect , is incorrectas English does not have such distinctions of grammatical gender. Thus, blond woman or blonde woman, blond man or blonde man are all used.
you want me to add my own source? ok
http://www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.c ... h/blonde_1Definition of blonde adjective from the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary
blonde adjective
BrE /blɒnd/ ; NAmE /blɑːnd/
(also blond)
In British English it is usual to spell this word blonde when writing about a woman or girl and blond when writing about a man or boy, although the spelling blonde is sometimes used for men and boys too. In American English the spelling blond is often preferred for either sex. Blonde may be used to describe a woman’s hair, but it is sometimes considered offensive to refer to a woman as ‘a blonde’ because hair colour should not define what a person is like
haha keep trying ya berk
but dont get mardy cuz youre knowledge of informal British English isnt as good as what you think mucker
Mean Dtuk Mean Trei, Mean Loy Mean Srey

LOL, coming from you...
Jamie can give advice on punching and brick-laying...
I prefer taking pointers on language usage from Oxford/Cambridge professors, no offence, I know that's illogical.

Do you understand what 'sometimes' means?
Hint: it doesn't mean 'usually'.
