Court sentenced 2 Vietnamese-Australian to 5 years in prison
Phnom Penh: The municipal court of Phnom Penh on 09 October 2015 declared the verdict about the case of two Vietnamese-Australian women who were trying to transports drugs from Cambodia to Australia, but they were arrested by Cambodian anti-drug police at the airport. According to the verdict, they were sentenced to 5 years in prison and fined 10 million riel each following the article 55 of Cambodian law on drug crime.
Mrs. Talang Phaneth, the judge of the municipal court of Phnom Penh who is responsible for this case said, the first woman named Nguyen Thirty Bong, 43 years old and the other one name Nguyen Thikimhan, 29 years old. They were arrested by Cambodian for carrying 414 grams of methamphetamine, light white powder 313 grams, pink powder 10.13 grams, yellow powder 6 grams, gray powder 6 grams and white powder 1.6 grams
According to Kampuchea Thmey News, All these drugs were hidden inside twelve bars inside her suitcase while they were about to board from Cambodia to Australia. All these drugs were destroyed and passports and Vietnam money were returned to them.
This case was on trial since 28 September 2015 and it was declared on 09 October 2015 around 11:00 am. Police who followed this case doubted about the judgment as a lot of drugs indifferent colors were found and confiscated, why judge only sentenced them to 5 years in prison and fined 10 million riel.

But yeah, the authorities don't seem too sure what it really is - so maybe the yellow powder was hair-dye or something? The pink powder could be that necessary blusher that you need to put on your face when you want to look like Imelda Marcos aka Dragonlady (ie, for weddings and important occasions.)
Despite what you might think about laxism of Cambodian customs' checks on the way in, they do x-ray all bagage on leaving. I once got busted with a mosquito racket which was well hidden in my underwear. But the customs guys were very nice about the "misunderstanding".
