Victim of Heart Attack Gets Robbed Outside St 172 Hospital
Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): A police report states that at 8:30 pm on October 13, 2023, a man who was feeling unwell suddenly dropped dead outside the Sorya Hospital on Street 172, Sangkat Phsar Thmei 3, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh. At the same time, taking advantage of the confusion caused by this incident, an unknown man got on the victim's motorcycle and drove it away.
A woman at the scene said that before he collapsed outside the hospital, the victim had told her that he was feeling dizzy and sick. Moments later, the man suddenly fainted on the sidewalk, and despite all the efforts to revive him, he was pronounced dead almost immediately.
The local authorities contacted the forensic experts of the Phnom Penh Municipal Police who concluded that the man had died of a heart attack. They put the body in an ambulance and took it to the pagoda while attempting to contact the victim's family.

Not surprised. That street, especially the part near Pasteur, is the skankiest area in the center of the city.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

Your very polite mr. Bingham, Apocalypse will be a more suitable description. That sector is literally filled with drug heads ( males & females) and nudes base borns. There is no police surveillance at all, the cops never go in that area there is no money in it.John Bingham wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 9:19 pm and
