Very Bad Hair Gang Arrested After Attacking a Chinese Man with Beer Bottles

Svay Rieng, Cambodia News: On September 23, 2018, the police arrested 3 teenagers with Very Bad Hair, Korng Sochea, 17-year-old, Khorn Sochea, 19-year-old and Men Monyneath, 16-year-old, for throwing bottles of beer at a Chinese man and damaging property , during an attempted robbery at Bavet city, Svay Rieng.

The suspects, who are a gang of bag-snatchers, were attempting to rob the Chinese victim, Nong Xingye, 25-year-old, by throwing bottles of beer at him, when they smashed the motorbike wing-mirror at Jai Yean restaurant.
The suspects are also clearly guilty of Very Bad Hair with no extenuating circumstances. The three have been detained at Bavet police post for case preparation and legal action.

Absolutely love the Subject line on this one. Let's see if I can work out all the ambiguities...

The Hair Gang, which is very bad, attacked a Chinese man who had beer bottles. Presumably they wanted his beer bottles.
The Hair Gang, which is very bad, used beer bottles to attack a Chinese man. There were beer bottles nearby, or they brought their own to attack him with.
A gang with very bad hair attacked a Chinese man who had beer bottles. He mocked their very bad hair, and they also wanted his beer bottles.
A gang with very bad hair used beer bottles to attack a Chinese man. They happened to be drinking beer from bottles when he mocked their very bad hair.

I can think of two other variations, but I imagine you've stopped reading by now...
