Hello everyone! I am just wondering if these prices are still correct? We were just quoted much much higher with a longer return time. Also, does anyone know if they take credit cards? Thanks in advance!

If the price is from 110 to 115 USD with 45 working days waiting time, i think this is right. I am not sure if you are using travel agent or you do all the work by yourself. If you do it by yourself it could be cheaper. For accepting credit card, i don't think many travel agent accept credit card.

i guess the working time is from 8:00 am, however it is not strange that people who work there general come to work late, so i think the best time to go there is 9:00 am and going by 9:00 am, it might has less traffic.

8:00 am to 11:00 and 2:00 to 5:00 pm, i think.

Prices in OP are same as the official prices posted at passport department, add an extra $10 if you use one of the fixers there.
