Phnom Penh: A foreigner, who is believed to have been using drugs, was found lying unconscious at the back of Preas Ang Doung hospital located in Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh.

Just interested where it came from, don't have time to translate it properly and post it here or on 440.
Was early this evening looking at the usual media outlets and didn't see this.
But, I do think it's good form to post the original source and link.

Actually, just some random Facebook post which had this:

Really not much of a "story" yet.

Personally, if he was on drugs, looks like he might have gotten dropped off there at the hospital by someone who didn't want to deal with him.

Let's hope he wakes up and speaks to the press!

My first thought was that he was that topless barang runner that jogs all over town, wearing nothing but running shorts and (sock less) running shoes.
But looking at the feeble state of his body, he probably is a unloved drug addled Australian degenerate.

I can't help but think he was probably lying there, since sometime in the middle of the night, now baking in the sun, thinking he was going to die.

Then, a couple Cambodians spot him and start walking over.

He's thinking, "Great! Help has arrived! I'm going to make it!"

They start to help him sit up, and even bring over a bottle of water. WooHoo!

Then, they just use the water bottle to prop up his head, snap a few pics, and jump back on their motos, LoL.

No, that's a different Australian guy (and a good friend of ours) - the guy you see running is ex military and more than a little jungle happy, do NOT startle him if you see him in the street, it would not end well.
