Considering you also started the thread about the "HOT Russian girl missing", I must say - you do seem overly concerned about peoples outward appearances. Seems a shallow and very judgemental way to look at life.

I second that Hotdigr. Unnecessary and unpleasant. I don't know where this 'kick-them-while-they're-down' trend originates from but I hope it can be bucked. What's wrong with a little compassion?

There are some typos in this guy's name I will not correct - let him enjoy his relative anonymity. Apart from childish name calling it comes across rather unsympathetic in general (OP is probably a world-known hot supermodel but why would one do like that... can't get my head around it). This man looks sad and also seems to have some problem with his leg as well - didn't you notice the walking-cane?

Although I only recently registered an account, I am quite a long-time reader of CEO. This feels a bit like *TOF* where I also registered once after long readership to make a few remarks after the Monkey Republic fire in 2013. So many nasty and mean replies... needless to say it was my first and last post there.
