The teacher planning to profit from selling instruments to the school that employs him is almost certainly guilty of unethical and dishonest behaviour. You cannot imagine any school agreeing to that.

It appears the Ukranian figured why settle for the margin between what he paid and what he sold the instruments for when he could get someone else t pay and keep the whole amount.

Thanks bro- my poor wording - she was paying for a shipment - the school was the final customer. She fronted the money.

I'm still wondering whether he scammed everything and the school got no instruments, or he kept the schools payments plus whatever profits (if any).

if he didn't deliver the instruments or just made it all up using the school's name then he is guilty of more than just failure to repay.

His fine for the overstay should be $2840 today, excluding the fines for working on the wrong visa type and without work permit. CIS is going to need a new musician and this guy needs some good legs.

I agree the guy is a total POS. I would think that by now the school is aware of what he has done and can t be happy that his scam used their reputation as the "bona fides". The Ukranian could have paid his overstay and F ed off to Vietnam and taught there, pretty hard to sue someone for fraud if you don t know where they are. The problem with a lot of scammers is they don t know when to say " time to move along" , I figure a lot of grifters have such a high opinion of their own intelligence they forget all they have to do is find someone trusting or less intelligent than themselves for a mark. The current POTUS is a good example of that.

She left $200 in her kitchen for him to pick up while she was not there. Why did he have access to her kitchen? Did he have keys to her residence? Why? That is not a normal loanshark relationship. What was their relationship? Why has this information been omitted from the story telling?

Did she not see him at work on September 12? The video where she confronts him on September 12 is recorded outside CIS as he is leaving work trying to go to Prince supermarket across the road but is refused entry by Prince security.

Are they ex boyfriend and girlfriend? Were they living together as a couple? Why is he calling her "sister"?

Under which agreement is she demanding interest? What is the interest of this loan? Is it a legal loan? Where is the contract? What credibility do they have bringing this case in front of a judge? Loanshark loans are illegal in Cambodia. What about that $150 interest for uncle and yada yada? Are they gangsters? Is it a real uncle or an "uncle", a connection with strings to pull? Is it a threat?

Either way - it's a court case - only they can decide.
