Cambodia Breaking News, Phnom Penh: On Feb. 5, 2020, at 11:30 am, a foreign woman presented herself at the Phnom Penh Police Office of Immigration, Investigation and Procedure Department, to ask the authorities for help to return to her country of origin.

The foreigner was identified as JOSEPHINE NAKAKANDE , a 30-year-old Ugandan woman, who illegally entered the Kingdom of Cambodia from Thailand to Cambodia through the frontier near Poipet. The Department of Immigration is dealing with her case according to the legal procedures.

I've mostly found individuals whose chins are raised aren't generally easy going types, they've an attitude. And although I'd probably not take her out before midnight, after 2am it gets a bit cloudier.
