Two Women from New Zealand Have Been Arresting in Siem Reap for Living in Cambodia Illegally
Re: Two Women from New Zealand Have Been Arresting in Siem Reap for Living in Cambodia Illegally
The Khminglish translation on the other forum said something about break ins, suggesting the ladies reported a break in and then were asked for immigration documents, or they got caught committing a break in. Any clarification on that?

I believe that's a Boomer-Engrish problem.Cam Nivag wrote:The Khminglish translation on the other forum said something about break ins, suggesting the ladies reported a break in and then were asked for immigration documents, or they got caught committing a break in. Any clarification on that?
The only "break-in" was the 2 girls illegally "breaking into" Cambodia.
Google Translate is helpful at times, but still needs to improve a lot.

I read the Cambodian one and i did had a good laugh about it. If the Khmerlish you would see there are 2 men involve, however there was no involvement of the two men. The two Kiwi women just came into Cambodia and lived illegally without valid visa.Cam Nivag wrote:The Khminglish translation on the other forum said something about break ins, suggesting the ladies reported a break in and then were asked for immigration documents, or they got caught committing a break in. Thanks Samouth. I was hoping they were on a crime spree breaking into houses and hotel rooms. Maybe next time.

[quote="CEOCambodiaNews"]Siem Reap: Two female foreigners were arrested and sent to Immigration Department by Siem Reap provincial immigration police at 2: 00 pm on May 10, 2016 at Taphul village, Dong Kom commune, Siam Reap, accused of entering Cambodia illegally.
The two women were;
1. BRISTON ANDREE HARIATA, 27, New Zealand, passport number XXXXXXXX, valid until September 3, 2018
2. TANGIHAERE MIRIAMA LIZZIE ANN, 37, New Zealand, passport number XXXXXXXX, valid until August 27, 2018
Their visas had been invalid for 11 days after coming to Cambodia in 2013, crossed from Bavet international border and continued to stay in Siem Reap for a while and visiting some other provinces in Cambodia.
Do you mean to say that is the actual picture of New Zealand people ? They look more like locals to me. Not the average looking caucasian
