Two Women "Educated" for Medicinal Marijuana Growing

Cambodia News (Battambang): On August 12, 2020, at 10:00 am, following the suggestion of lieutenant Ouch Sokhun, the Battambang police chief, lieutenant Sun Sovan and his men went to destroy 78 marijuana plants, in two farms in Sangke district, Battambang.
The plant owners were identified as Oeun Reth, a 52-year-old woman and Chao Phon, a 60-year-old woman.

The two women said they grew that marijuana to use as medicine for treatment their own disease. After questioning, the woman were educated to stop growing marijuana, which is illegal, and then they were released and allowed to go back home.

It will eventually be legal everywhere. Low IQ countries always follow the lead of high IQ countries.

I tried that defence in the 80s, the judge said that possession of 5 kilos of heroin is not an excuse for a headache cure.
