Two Vietnamese Women Arrested For Using Drugs, Dildo Found Among Drug

Phnom Penh: Patrolling police in Tomnup Teouk commune arrested two Vietnamese women when the two were spotted using drug under Stung Meanchey overpass. The arrest took place in the morning at around 11:00 am on 15 January 2017, according to police. Four small packages of drug and a dildo were discovered. The 56 years old, Nguen Thyly and 29 years old Cheoung Thyhvong are unemployed and were staying under the bridge. Police added, while patrolling, police saw the two coming out from a cart covered on top as roof. Police became suspicious and went to check out in which the two were found using drug.

That's quite amazing. If they walked past me on the street I'd imagine that they were fairly normal people. The drugs don't surprise me too much, but I would never have expected that they'd be hauling a gigantic latex shlong around with them. Dear me.
