Perhaps one of the 34 has already given a bung and is now set free - Hey Presto, it's now 33...

That maybe so since the headline states "Two Online Gambling Dens Closed Down and 33 Arrested" no "Chinese" word associated anywhere on this arrest. They may have been more reading that they had been sent for re-education but I would say the testing positive for drug use has sealed their fate. Makes one wonder who their employer was! It reflects in most criminal activates. be it in the industries of timber and drugs, now it comes to light of online gambling, of what there will I am sure we will read more of, but what of their organisers, seem they only come to light if someone on a higher step of the ladder wishes it so.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

A lot of the local Khmer "gambling dens" and "fishing games" places are associated with anti-social behavior such as drug-taking, according to CEO news reports here.
