Re: Two Nigerians (Okoro Chukwuka Boniface & Obiora Dozie) Arrested in Phnom Penh for Trafficking 1 Kilo of Cocaine
Phnom Penh: On July 04, 2018, Mr. Seng Rithy, the judge of Phnom Penh Municipal Court, set the hearing to charge 2 Nigerians for drug trafficking 1kg of cocaine into Cambodia in July 2017.
At the hearing, the suspect Okoro Chukwuka Boniface acknowledged that all the drugs belonged to him, and that they had been ordered from Colombia, at a cost of $15,000. The drugs were disguised in a container full of jewellery.
The other Nigerian, Obiora Doze Frank, confessed that he didn't know anything about those drugs, because on the day that he was arrested, he took his friend to the hospital.

Murderers seem to do this quite frequently. It seems to almost be the Cambodian way- Do the crime, justice is served once (sometimes) by meting out a suitable sentence as punishment. Then later, the second round of justice occurs where the convicted negotiate the sentences down.
