Cambodia News (Battambang): On March 26, 2020, at 7:40 pm, a 37-year-old male worker, Yem Chek, who is living in Kom Rieng district, Battambang, reported that a man named Pich Sopen, 32-year-old, was in possession of two AK guns and 36 bullets. He said that he was nervous about the man having these weapons, so he reported it to the police.

After receiving the information, the criminal police collaborated with the local team to go to Yem Chek's house where they searched and confiscated the two guns.

On March 27, at 00:40 am, the police arrested the suspect for questioning, and then they found out that the suspect and another man named Loav, 38 years old, went to Aurum Doul police station, Battambang province, and stole the guns from the cop shop.
