Two foreigners drugged a Cambodian man and took away 2000 USD

Two foreigners were planning to drug the money exchange agent; however they changed their target to the man who came to exchange his money instead. They eventually managed to take away 2000 USD from the Cambodian man.

After he was drugged (The Cambodian man), he was standing near and talking to the female foreigner as usual. The female foreigner took the money from his wallet and he seemed to not really notice it. After a while they realized that he lost some money. At that time, he was still confusing. He asked to see the video from the security camera. He said, he didn’t realise that the male foreigner touched his hair.

He confirmed that the money is the salary for his construction worker.

For those of us with limited/internet, can someone post a rundown of at what times in the videos the key events happen?

I watched the first three minutes of video #1 and I can't tell what's going on. I see the foreign woman, but I can't tell who the other foreigner is or who the victim is or how anyone was drugged. I'm guessing the guy in red is the victim, I don't know.

The have just arrived from Nauru , she is from Afghanistan and he is Iraqi. Seen them around town a bit.

Are you sure about that? Unless I've missed an update, there have only been 4 Refugees, 3 Iranians and and 1 from Myanmar, relocated from Nauru to Cambodia so far. They do appear to be of ME or Persian ethnicity though.

I didn't pick up where or how the money was stolen, if it was, but the pair did appear to be up to something shady. If a stranger touched my hair/head like that guy did, I would probably knock the c**t out.

There's a bit of switcharoo, with the lady taking some money from the red shirt guy, the masked guy giving money back to red shirt guy, general confusion, sleight of hand. Dude just got pick pocketed in plain sight.

Could be the same person you saw last week on 51, but I am highly sceptical of your claim they are two of the four refugees Australia sold to Cambodia.

Oh Man, this is not true. We didn't buy them from Australia. We just helped our friend Australia with its asylum seekers crisis with good money. FTFY.
