The police reported that a crane truck with no license plate was being driven into the city of Sihanoukville, but when it went down a hill the brakes failed, and the truck ploughed into two cars and two motorbikes at high speed. Two people died immediately, and another motorbike driver was gravely injured and taken to hospital by ambulance. The truck driver was not injured and he ran away from the scene.
The police took the evidence to the police station, and they are looking for the truck driver and the owner of the truck.
