Actually, my mistake. That type of bulging is called exophthalmos and can be a result of suffocation... so it kinda fits with drowning. You'd expect to see it with strangulation.

Not the sort of tattoos you'd normally see on a locals body, possibly Khmerican deportees or returnees. Should be easily identified by those tatts.

Thinking along the same lines re Khmerican deportees. (Maybe gang rivalry).

A tattologist would know if they're traditional or western tats.
