Yes, they are kids. Hard to believe that the two girls just thought it up themselves, - wow, let's take some drugs into prison and sell them to make some pocket money.

Teen students held in prison over drug smuggling attempt

Two 15-year-old female students were arrested on Monday for trying to smuggle drugs to their detained relatives in Phnom Penh’s Police Judiciaire (PJ) prison by hiding the drugs in food.

Dangkor district police chief Chim Sitha said on Tuesday that the girls were Cambodian students. Specialists were questioning them at the district police station and building a case file to be referred to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court on Wednesday.

“PJ officials held the two suspects and handed them over to my office. We are questioning them and plan to send the suspects to the court on Wednesday,” Sitha said.

The girls were arrested for taking in nine packets of crystal meth placed in eggplants for the prisoners.

The rocks dont look like meth, definitely NOT Opium, more like Smack, BUT dont think it would make sense to smuggle Smack in quantities into jail,'cause too expensive. IMHO

Quaaludes (yuk) - or Mandrax were banned in Oz many years ago
And half of the car body repair shops immediately went broke.

Hard to tell from the photos what is inside those black-taped packages.
Probably the white is Meth - but a couple look like buds spilling out ??

I hope so - a bit of a smoke would probably be nice if you were locked up in Prey Sar
but yuk yuk yuk to all of the rest.
Poor girls, sucked in by boy friends probably. trying to do "the right thing" by their man.

Well yeah you are clearly warned not to operate heavy machinery under 'Ludes, barbiturates, benzodiazapines, booze, etc. Cars fall into the category of heavy machinery. Heck, I shouldnt even drive under the influence of caffeine!
