Re: Twat Tattooing Theravadan Thwarted
Voltaire was a deist.
"What is faith? Is it to believe that which is evident? No. It is perfectly evident to my mind that there exists a necessary, eternal, supreme, and intelligent being. This is no matter of faith, but of reason." Voltaire
Diderot was an atheist.
Voltaire and Diderot fought against established religion with their writing.
You say you have none, but both these men had very strong beliefs.
I wouldn't be picky about this normally, but wanted to point out to you that, as an unbeliever, you are quoting someone who strongly believed that belief in a god was a useful thing for humanity.

the topic is sexual assault by systems that demand celibacy
I hope you can stay off peoples own beliefs/non-beliefs on broader matters
it upsets some & they attack the poster for merely discussing so I its best avoided
thanks

Emile Zola sums it up for me:
"Civilization will attain perfection when the last stone falls from the last church on the last priest."

Fuck that, organised religion is pure evil.
Let them rot.
Paedos in cassocks, fundamentalist bombers, Christian crusaders and TV evangelists, zionists shooting 5 year olds for throwing stones.
Believe what you want.
Try and force it on me, and I will react.
