Additional information:

Phnom Penh: The department of anti-drug and polices post arrested a 44 year old Tuk Tuk driver, Se Ponthey, for selling marijuana on street 178, Sangkat Chey Chumneas, Phnom Penh.

The polices confiscated 8 packs of Marijuana, a phone, a wallet, a Cambodian ID card and a Tuk Tuk. The suspect was detained with the evidence at Khan Don Penh police station for questioning and preparing the case to submit to court.

Walking front of the cheap pizzeria on Sisowath Quay, I am still harassing by half a dozen of young junkies who want I buy weed... Is the police aware about that? I think so...
It’s hard to win an argument with a smart person, but it’s damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person.

They should go to St 278 and check every Tuk Tuk driver there, probably all will be arrested.

That's nonsense, the vast majority of drivers would have nothing to do with weed.
You're seeing a tiny proportion of them in tourist areas that do and projecting that
onto so many others who would tell you to fuck off if you asked them to supply weed.


Besides that, there are some annoying guys on 178 and around the corner on Sisowath who always ask me if I want weed even though I have done my best to ignore them for the past fuck-knows-how-many years. :?
