Train Crashed a Cement Truck
Phnom Penh: It is reported that a passenger train from Phnom Penh-Kampot route crashed into a cement truck at around 09"15 am on 09 December 2016. The crash took place in the outskirt of Phnom Penh in Pursenchey district, Phnom Penh.
The truck driver was reported injured and the train was connected with any passenger carriages. Local said, before the accident happened, they heard a long loud honking by the train and they had no idea why the truck driver didn't stop.

But not many Barang are that dumb as to think, just because I'm driving a cement truck everybody will give way and I can test this theory out on a fuckin train! Maybe a few exceptions though!
