Cambodia News (Kampong Cham): On January 10, 2021, police cracked down on drug trafficking and arrested 8 suspects, 7 men and 1 woman, at Mean pagoda, Tropeang Krosang village, Prey Chor district, Kampong Cham. The evidence was confiscated, such as 84 packs of drugs (5 big packs), 8 phones, and two cars.

According to the suspects' confessions and the coordination of Mr. Sothea Piseth, the prosecutor of Kampong Cham court, with the approval of lieutenant Aem Kosal, the police chief, on January 12, 2021, at 6 am, the police force of the anti-drug department arrested 4 suspects.

The suspects were identified as Soeun Sophorn, a 40-year-old woman, a seller, Chorn Chin, a 30-year-old man, Oun Lyhour, a 15-year-old man, and Ai Eh, a 17-year-old man.

The evidence was confiscated, such as 42 packs of drugs (6 big packs), 5 phones, 1 car, a homemade gun, a K55 gun case, two RCAF car plates, an Icom, a fake military uniform, and some drug packing equipment. The police have prepared the case following the legal procedure.

It gets more crazy, no one is worried about covid-19 it seems without precautions.
