6 Chinese Men Arrested for Kidnapping and Violence in Sihanoukville

Cambodia Breaking News (Sihanoukville): On October 1, at 12:45 am, 6 Chinese men were arrested by Sihanoukville police on charges of kidnapping, torturing, and extorting four Chinese nationals in Borey Sok San, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.

The four victims had been beaten and tortured by the kidnappers. During the arrest, the police confiscated six phones, four handcuffs, a taser baton, 1 Chinese ID, some ATM cards, some rope, a car, and US$1,500. The police are preparing the case of the suspects to go to court, with the evidence, following the legal procedure.

Con Air flights filling fast. Maybe 2 flights a day not enough.
These are nasty bastards but l guess victim lucky he wasn't cut into bits like someone else found yesterday.
These constant bad news stories can't be good for attracting visitors to the coast.
