Toddler Dies in Drainage Ditch Outside his House

Cambodia News, Kampong Chhnang: At about 9 in the morning on September 14, 2020 at Svay Bakao village, Ta Ches commune, Kampong Tralach district, Kampong Chhnang province, a toddler was found drowned outside his house.
The child was a 1 year old boy, who wandered outside when his mother, a 34-year-old village woman, wasn't looking. When she realized that her son was missing, the woman went to look around the house and found the little boy had fallen into an open drain and drowned. She tried to revive him but it was too late.

Two little girls were found drowned this morning in a village in Prey Veng district, Sihanoukville province. They were both 4 years old.

That's sad. It's not in any way a village though, it's obviously a construction site.
