Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: Two Chinese men were arrested for stealing from a car parked in front of the Waiman Electric Shop located in Kbal Dam 2 village, Porsenchey District, Phnom Penh, on December 27 2019 at 8:30 pm .
A 29-year-old Cambodian woman said that she and her husband had parked outside the shop, locked the car, and gone inside to have a look around. On returning to the vehicle sometime later, they saw that the car door had been forced open, and a bag containing a passport, USD 10.000, 800,000riel and some Thai baht had been stolen.
