Thieves get Smacked Down in Market Phone-Snatching (VIDEO)

On December 5, 2018, at 5:49 am, in Prek Pnov Market, two robbers on a motorbike swooped in and snatched a mobile phone. However, they hadn't counted on the market stall owners and customers, who quickly intercepted the thugs and smacked them down as they were trying to escape. The crowd then gave the thieves a bit of a beating.(See video).
The talk is that local people everywhere are tired of all the phone-snatching and crime, and citizens are asking the police to step up their crime prevention, otherwise local justice will prevail.

That first guy is a hero. Without him they probably would have gotten away. He may have sacrificed his bike though.
