Thieves Get Badly Smacked After Phnom Penh Phone Snatch
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: Two thieves got badly beaten up on May 03, at 09:54 pm, after snatching a phone from a 20-year-old woman, Ngem Chorvy, on Preah Sihanouk road, Sangkat Toul Svay, Khan Chmakarmorn, Phnom Penh.
The suspects were identified as two male mechanics, Vong Lida, 25-year-old, and Touch Voleak, 32-year-old. The police confiscated a Scoopy motorbike plate Kandal 1O-6105 and an Oppo a3s phone.
According to the victim, she was riding a motorbike from her home in Toul Kok area to Koh Pich whenthe two suspects rode up on a bike to snatch her phone. After that, they tried to escape, but instead they drove into the back of a car and crashed to a stop. Local people helped the two thieves to their feet and attempted some reeducation before the arrival of the police. The authorities took the men away for questioning and they confessed to the crime immediately.

Lol,
Re-education
Do this to someone in the UK and you would get more prison time than them, in fact they would get compensation and you would have to pay it, UK all f^^ked up.

Hmm, that you seem to think lynch mob violence or revenge can solve problems. And that you seem to like to inflict violence, not in self-defense, but only if others are there with you...
Re: Thieves Get Badly Smacked After Phnom Penh Phone Snatch
Well, I'll say you're half right. I think lynch mob violence can help prevent/discourage future crime, yes I do.
And it's plain to see you don't know me, because there have been several occasions in which I didn't need any help to inflict violence.
It's hard to really get to know someone well through an online forum, but no worry. I'm not offended by your comments.
