who will be teaching who on how to run a country?
BANGKOK, Oct 30 -- Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha left Bangkok for Phnom Penh this afternoon for an official visit to Cambodia to discuss mutual benefits with Cambodian Prime Minister HE.
Gen Prayut, his wife and their delegation departed Bangkok for an official visit to Cambodia set for today and tomorrow.
In Phnom Penh, he will discuss with his Cambodian counterpart plans for bilateral interest including cooperation to boost border trade for mutual benefits.
Then Gen Prayut will witness the signing of three Memorandums of Understanding on tourism, human trafficking suppression and railway connection.

At least that is worded correctly and not suggesting that it would benefit the countries.
